International Racing Club Syndicate Terms & Conditions
- All horses secured in the International Racing Club are paid for and secured wholly by the IRC.
- The shares you purchase with the IRC entitle you to your percentage of stakes and covers all other factors related to the horse, namely: Vet Bills, Training, Nomination Fees (excl. feature races) and Transport.
- The IRC owns 100% of the racehorse, but members have the benefit of selecting one of the following two options
- Option A: When the syndicate racehorse is sold, if you have not received more than your investment back in stakes, then the IRC will refund you the difference between your full investment and the stakes you have received.
- Option B: When the syndicate racehorse is sold, you will receive your percentage of the horses sell-on price.
*If you select Option A, you will not receive any share from
the money received when the horse is sold.
- Syndicate members will have the benefits of being added onto a WhatsApp group with the training stable, private box access at Hollywoodbets Greyville with beverages included, arranged stable visit to Summerveld + breakfast, and exclusive betting insights and information provided by the syndicate manager.
- Syndicate members who wish to have parade ring access are required to register with the Race Coast Syndicate Member package @ R950 per annum.
- Monthly payments are to be made by no later than the 1st of every month. Failure to do so will result in your membership being terminated with immediate effect.
- Any slanderous comments made towards the IRC, Glistian and our associated members, trainers and jockeys will result in an immediate termination of your membership.
- The IRC holds the right to approve/deny membership to anyone, and to terminate any membership with reason.
- Decisions made relating to the horse will be made by the syndicate owner, syndicate manager and trainer.
